Homebuyer Resources

Are you ready to take the first step towards purchasing your own home?  Interest rates are low and the housing inventory is high!  Start your home buying game plan by doing the following:

Find out what you can afford (know your buying power)
Save money by doing your homework!  Talk to several lenders, compare cost and interest rates, and negotiate to get a better deal.  Get pre-approved!  By getting pre-approved, you will know exactly how much home you can afford which eliminates wasted time looking at homes that are under or over your price range.  I'd be happy to put you in touch with a lender I trust to evaluate your buying power.

Meet with your Realtor
Once you've been pre-approved, we can set up a time to meet to discuss your home buying needs.  During our meeting, we will discuss your purchase expectations such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, the location, etc.  We will also discuss what you desire as a monthly mortgage payment along with what you can afford towards down payment and closing cost.  Lastly, we will seal our partnership with the signing of an exclusive buyer's representation agreement.

Shop for homes
Based on your approval and purchase expectations, I will get to work researaching homes on the Multiple Listing Service that meet your criteria.  Once you have identified the homes you are interested in viewing, I will set up a tour schedule based on your availability.

So, don't delay!!
Call your lender and get pre-approved today!
