Get pre-approved! By getting pre-approved, you will know exactly how much home you can afford which eliminates wasted time looking at homes that are under or over your price range.
Schedule a Buyer’s Representation meeting
During our meeting, we will discuss your home ownership goals and purchase expectations such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, the location, etc. We will also discuss typical upfront cost to be prepared for in advance of writing an offer such as earnest money deposits, home inspections, and loan application fees. Lastly, we will seal our partnership with the signing of an exclusive buyer's representation agreement.

Last, I will get to work researching homes on the Multiple Listing Service that meet your criteria. Once you have identified the homes you are interested in viewing, I will set up a tour schedule based on your availability.
